I started in Real Estate at the age of 17 driving prospective tenants from house to house – we were the first agency in Tasmania not to give out keys! I have always worked in well respected and extremely successful real estate agencies where I have gained many skills in high end property and exceptional customer service.

 

Early in my career an opportunity arose to work with the leading real estate software company. I started as a software trainer visiting real estate agencies across Queensland, Western Australia and Tasmania helping set up property management departments from scratch.

 

I was a highly successful sales agent and by far my highest achievement within the software industry was managing the largest customer support centre in Australia for Real Estate Agents. Here I mentored and coached a team of 20+ staff on how to support real estate clients in their Property Management and Sales processes and technology needs.

 

After 7 years in the software industry I knew that it was time to return to my first passion - Property. I opened my very own Property Management business and Beautique Realty began.

 

I have a solid understanding of the process needed to run a successful property management business, I have exceptional communication skills from many years working with people, and there is no doubt that I will provide a property management service above and beyond what you will receive from a traditional real estate agency.
