Beautique Realty is your new property management agency based in Augustine Heights. We are a small Property Management focused team striving for quality results.

 

We are very excited to work with E Property Rentals in this transition and can see we are following in the footsteps of a quality property management business with a team that really cares. We care too, and will ensure we do everything possible to transition your tenancy over to our systems with minimal fuss. ​

A little bit about us..... 

 

Beautique Realty formed in 2011 as a small home based office, and grew purely from happy clients and word of mouth. In 2017 we moved into a professional office space in Augustine Heights. The year of 2018 has become the year for us to expand our horizons and extend our services taking your property under our wings.

So who will you be working with?

Principal Licensee - Beau Miller

Director Beau-lea Miller is driven and dedicated in providing you with a specialised Beautique property management experience.

​

Beau has been a Property Manager for 20 years and is actively working in her own business. Beau leads her team to treat all Beautique properties like she would treat her own rentals.

​

Property Manager - Christine Graham

Joining Beautique Realty from Sydney, Christine Graham brings with her 17 years of Property Management experience. Christine is able to handle all areas of property management and is extremely thorough with her approach to property management.

Administration Support 

​

We have a team that helps with our administration, Eunil and Adelia are generally behind the scenes but you may notice their names from time to time in communication. 

​

Moving Forward .... 

​

We know that the timing of year is not the best being almost Christmas.  First, we will work closely with you to get your rental payments changed over. 

​

You will receive an email regarding making payments to us via Macquarie DEFT . You can register for this at www.deft.com.au and use your unique payment reference.

 

Early in the new year we will touch base with you to introduce ourselves and we will organise our first visit to the property in January/February to familiarise ourselves.

How we Operate .... 

 

Our working hours are Tuesday through to Friday 9:30 to 4pm , and Saturday 9am to 2pm.

Our office is located 7/21 Technology Drive Augustine Heights. However, we are mobile property managers and the office is not always attended so please make an appointment if you wish to see one of us.
