Welcome Caroline Kelsey to the Team!
I would like to personally introduce our newest team member Caroline Kelsey.
Caroline joins Beautique Realty with a wealth of Property experience, Valuing since 2004 and is a Certified Practicing Valuer, in 2013 Caroline gained her full Real Estate Agents licence. We are privileged to have Caroline join our big adventure.
Caroline will be based in our new Augustine Heights office in the position of Property Manager.
Caroline will be spending time getting to know the properties during Routine Inspections and regularly dealing with tenants and owners on the lease renewal process.
Caroline will perform market appraisals to ensure our rents are in line with the local rental market. She will also be assisting in the day to day running of the Ipswich portfolio.
